Thirty to forty minutes. Free. A working session, not a pitch.
What happens: We map where your time actually goes — the first ten minutes usually surprise people. Then we find the two or three places where an AI that knows you would bite first. You leave with that map either way. If you’re a fit, a one-page fixed-price proposal follows within a day. If you’re not, I’ll say so and point you somewhere better.
Come ready to answer three things:
What part of your job would be hardest to explain to a brilliant new hire?
Where does your time actually go on a bad week?
What have you already tried with AI, and what did it get wrong?
