Method
The method, for those who check
Capture → Structure → Infer → Design → Prove. Generic AI fails senior people because it knows nothing about them, and they have no practical way to tell it. The Context Forge method exists to capture that knowledge with precision — and to keep what shouldn’t move from moving.
Capture.
Five structured sessions — three hundred and ten questions, researched and sequenced — answered mostly by voice, on your own device, at your own pace:
Structure and scope — what your working life actually consists of, as opposed to what the calendar claims.
Judgment and standards — the calls you make on instinct, taken apart: what you check, what “good enough” means, where the bar sits and why.
Relationships and obligations — who you owe, who owes you, which relationships carry weight, and what each audience needs from your voice.
Workflow rules and review gates — how work moves through you: what you approve, what you delegate, what never goes out without your eyes on it.
A first working trial — a controlled test on real or safely invented material, so nothing is trusted before it’s proven.
Structure.
Your answers become a structured record — in the trade it’s called an operating model. What belongs to you is kept deliberately separate from what belongs to your current employer, so the record travels with you across roles without carrying anything it shouldn’t.
Infer.
The method proposes; you dispose. Anything we’ve read between the lines is marked as provisional until you confirm it. Nothing becomes part of your record behind your back.
Design.
Your AI’s jobs are designed as named, bounded capabilities with defined inputs, outputs, and permission to act — the discipline that separates a working setup from a chat window. (If you know the vocabulary: work objects with approval gates, on a model-agnostic substrate. If you don’t: your AI does named jobs your way, asks before acting, and isn’t welded to any one AI company.)
Prove.
Every capability is tested against controlled material and corrected before it touches anything that matters. Mistakes become updates to the record, not apologies in a chat window.
The map of your world that comes with every build is, in the trade, called a second brain. We think “your world, mapped” says it better.
Names, and why we never see them
Here is what someone would see if a page ever left your machine: “Contact 14 prefers short updates. Decided slowly in March. Doesn’t like surprises.” Here is what they would know about who Contact 14 is: nothing. That answer doesn’t exist outside your computer.
This isn’t a redaction step someone has to remember to do. Anything built to leave your machine is built with the codes already in place; the file that restores the names never travels. Careless is impossible, because careful is the default.
Is it encryption? Simpler, and in one way better: encryption locks a thing that exists. Here, the connection between codes and names simply never exists anywhere but your machine. There’s nothing to unlock. It’s also why maintenance is no threat to it — we look after your system without ever needing to know who is in it.
